TOWELS AND LINENS:
The 3rd party cleaning company provides one set of fresh sheets per bed, pillowcases, and bath towels for each stay. Beach towels are not provided.
PARKING PASSES:
2 parking passes have been reserved for your stay. Boats, Trailers, and RVs are not permitted.
HOUSEHOLD AMENITIES:
A starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, and dishwasher soap is provided. Stays of more than a few days will require additional supplies.
COFFEE POT:
We keep a classic 12 cup coffee pot and a Keurig in each property - no matter how you like it. We got you covered!
BEACH GEAR:
There are storage lockers located under Building 1, near the boardwalk to the beach. You are welcome to use our family beach supplies. Please rinse them after your use. We leave provide a cooler and prefer to keep it in the condo.
KIDS ITEMS:
We keep a Pack ‘N Play and highchair in each of our condos. Please remember to bring your crib sheet for the Pack ‘N Play.
LAUNDRY:
Credit card operated laundries are available just down the hall near the elevators on a first come basis for $3.5 per use. Hours of operation are between 7 AM and 11 PM. Make a note to bring detergent if you plan to use the laundry services.
THERMOSTAT CONTROL:
The temperature on the Nest thermostat can be adjusted to any temperature you prefer by rotating the dial like a volume knob on a stereo. The passcode is not required to adjust the temperature; it is only needed to adjust the HVAC settings (ie. heat pump versus gas furnace).
POOL, BOARDWALK, AND COMMON AREA HOURS:
There are 2 outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, hot tub, 6 lighted tennis courts, 2 pickelball courts, Coco’s Beachfront Bar & Grill, poolside deli, sand volleyball court & a small fitness center. The pools and common areas are open until 11pm daily. This includes the boardwalk to the beach. The gate to/from the beach will be locked each night at 11pm.
The outdoor pools and restaurants are open seasonally, typically mid-March through October.
BEACH SHUTTLE:
The Resort provides a boardwalk shuttle service (weather permitting) during the months of April to August at the following times:
10:00am – 12:00pm / 1:30pm -3:30pm / 4:30pm -6:00pm

CLEANING OR MAINTANENCE ISSUE:
We strive to never have a cleaning or maintenance issue, but occasionally mishaps can occur. Should something arise that needs attention, you can reach the 3rd Party cleaning or maintenance company,

PEST CONTROL:
Orkin sprays for insects the 3rd Friday of each month for Building 3 and the 4th Friday of the month for Building 4. They are in and out in a few minutes.

Hilton Head Resort is a gated community and strictly enforces the following rules:

CHECK-OUT TIME:
Check-out is at 10am. This time is set by the 3rd party cleaning company and it is the only way they’ll ensure fresh linens and a clean condo for the next guest.
